Duran Duran old rock veterans refuse to stop making new music and leaving the music scene. They have returned with their first release since 2007’s   Red Carpet Massacre, with the new studio album “All You Need Is Now”. Many critics say that this is their best album since the 1980s popularity, maybe because they have made some pretty poor albums over the years.

Their producer and fan Mark Ronson added some energy to the slow moving song process and expressed his great love to the band, which earned him respect of other fans. He gave a new life to the band which had lost its direction with previous album and revived them and their sound, making them sounding fresh and uncommon.

The new album sounds like original Duran Duran from triumph 1981-84, but there are also several elements that remind you ‘The Wedding Album’.
The title track gives a character for the rest of the album.

‘Blame The Machines’ offers great pace and drive; the guitar sound that runs right through it is brilliant. ‘Leave A Light On’ is a beautifully constructed track, reminding old Duran Duran sounding. ‘Safe’ is disco funk thanks to Ana Matronic with a great rap vocal, unlike ‘Girl Panic!’ which is classic Duran Duran style.

A Diamond In The Mind’ and ‘Return To Now’ are short orchestral interludes which give the album a wonderful flow and originality.

‘The Man Who Stole A Leopard’ is grandiose and stunning, one of the best their songs with back vocals by Kelis and News Report by Nina Hossain. ‘Other People’s Lives’ gives an amazing chorus. ‘Mediterranea’ is a slow paced song with rather philosophical world viewing. ‘Too Bad You’re So Beautiful’ ‘Runway Runaway’ are catchy and worth listening. ‘Before The Rain’ ends perfectly the album, leaving fantastic emotions about it.

An acoustic ballad, Big White Room, recorded live, with applause sound is a pretty tune, sometimes with strange unspectacular vocals.

American Idol, Anoop Desai, after his release “All Is Fair (Crazy Love)” in February 2011, opens next stage of his musical version “Zero.0”, that is one part of the project, consisting of three parts. “Zero.1” is expected to appear in July 2011, with “Zero.2” following three months later.

Anoop Desai wrote the lyrics of the project, he pointed that “the whole concept of ‘Zero’ is talking about the power of music to describe a moment in time, not necessarily a singular emotion”.

“Zero.0” possesses the features that characterize it as creative experiment of various lyrical ideas, textures and unique sounding, it does not follow traditional concept of album making and releasing.

Desai clears the idea of “Zero.0” as a cycle with a start and an arrival.  He states: “I want to play in both fusion and extremes with sound and subject matter”. The singer explains why the project was divided into 3 parts (“Zero.0”, “Zero.1”, “Zero.2”), saying that he had lots of material and ideas to put them all into one album.

“Zero.0” contains nine tracks, including a remix of “All is fair”, and long awaited by fans new song, “Wait,” which will be added to the official release on April 20.

The author says that “Zero” trilogy is primarily about bringing music that he hopes his fans will love.

Avril Lavigne’s new album, “Goodbye Lullaby”, turns out to be slow-to-mid tempo love songs, though intimate and soul-baring songs. The lyrics are very emotional, showing that “love hurts whether it’s right or wrong.”

Lavigne expresses love lost and found among acoustic guitars, piano and strings. She is certainly in love on the 14 tracks of the album.

Songs like “Everybody Hurts” and “I Love You” are strong and deep; the lead single “What the Hell” described by the singer as “a fun and funny anthem” and “a broad message about personal freedom” is the most pop track in “Goodbye Lullaby”.

The rest songs of the album are rawer as the singer says. Surely “’Smile” should be mentioned; it is described as a song that “expresses her gratitude for special people in her life”. The title track, “Goodbye” opens a new stage of Lavigne’s life after closing the other. A song “Black Star” is used as a commercial for her own fragrance.

Lavigne says that this is the most meaningful and special record she has written and it is sincere, honest and close to her heart.

Justin Bieber appeared on YouTube and was there discovered by Scooter Braun, who was struck by Justin’s talent. Justin met with Usher who also backed Justin.

Justin Bieber is a hard-working early-stage star, who has an amazing talent and works hard to improve his vocal.

The 17-year-old Justin is currently touring the UK. In 2011 Justin will be working with Rascal Flatts on more music to release another album.

A new Justin Bieber’s song “Ride” is an unreleased track to his last album “My World 2.0″ or a newly recorded song for his new studio work.

The released version of “Ride” is a demo that has hit the web. The new track is interesting; it has a catchy chorus and the beat. Some critics anyhow say that Justin Bieber’s song “Ride “needs something more defined, stronger, and electronic.

“Ride” is long expected song for fans who are excited to hear it on the radio.

The 24-year-old singer Lady Gaga has made a debut of her new song “Government Hooker” that is her favorite as she said to MTV.

The cool, disaffected “Government Hooker” perfectly suits to a new Gaga’s project Mugler’s new women’s-wear line in Paris.

It can be called a more ambitious track than previously released “Born This Way,” (Gaga’s third release in three years) it opens with synthesized industrial sounds that transforms into electro-pop Gregorian tune. Music pulsates and can easily make any club party into super night.

A new release can be described as combination of electronic music with metal or rock ‘n’ roll, pop, and hammering dance beats. Her lyrics lack intellectual meaning; but Gaga makes you start moving and grooving at a great speed.

“Government Hooker” surely will be a commercial success and achieve international popularity. The whole album “Born This Way” considered by critics to be the album of the decade and Lady Gaga is constantly making steps to achieve her goal to revolutionize pop music.
